Can I place an order without being a member? Why should I become a member of It's Basic? What are the advantages of being a member?
It's Basic membership provides you with the privileges of;

It allows you to benefit from its privileges.
Can I place an order without being a member?
You can place an order without being a member of It's Basic. After placing your order, you can log in to itsbasic.com with the password sent to you and track your order.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
By clicking the "Forgot my password" button; if you enter the e-mail or GSM number you used to create your membership at itsbasic.com, a password reset link will be sent to you.
Can I update my membership information?
You can update your contact information from the "My Account" - "My Addresses" tab.
Can I cancel my It's Basic membership?
For membership cancellation requests, if you send an email to info@itsbasic.com, your request will be processed within 48 hours.
Online Shopping
How can I shop from itsbasic.com?
After creating your itsbasic.com membership or logging in, you can start shopping immediately. After adding the products you want to purchase to your cart, you can go to the payment page by clicking on the "Cart" icon on the right side of the screen.
On the opened page, you can complete your purchase by selecting your payment method and clicking the "Complete Order" button.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can make changes by calling customer service. However, if your order has been shipped, you cannot make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order before the shipping process begins (including packaging) or before the invoice is cut, you can contact customer service.
Money was debited from my card, but I cannot view my order. What should I do?
Your order is awaiting payment confirmation in accounting. The payment confirmation process will be completed within 24 hours. Your order number will be notified to you by e-mail after the payment confirmation process is completed.
How can I view the status of my order?
You can check your order by following the "Order Detail" steps from the "My Account" - "My Orders" page.

What are your payment options?
For your purchases from itsbasic.com, you can make a one-time payment using a credit card or debit card from any bank.
How many hours should EFT/Wire Transfer orders be paid within?
EFT/Wire Transfer payments must be made to the specified IBAN account within 24 hours.
Shipping and Delivery
Which shipping company will my order be delivered with?
We ship your products with our contracted shipping company, DHL Cargo.
How can I track my order's shipping status?
After logging in as a member, you can view all shipping details related to your order via the "My Account/My Orders" panel on our website. By clicking on the cargo tracking link on the page, you will be automatically connected to DHL Cargo's website, where you can track the status of your shipment.
What is the order shipping time?
We deliver your orders to the cargo company within 24 hours, and the cargo company generally delivers to your address within 1-3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
If the products you have purchased have not yet been packaged and shipped, you can request to cancel your order by calling +90 538 211 29 25 or sending a message via WhatsApp within a maximum of 12 hours.
After your request is received, your order will be cancelled shortly and you will be informed. For returns, the shipping fee is 99.99 TL and is borne by the customer.
