Exchange and Return Conditions

General Return and Exchange Procedure

You can return products purchased from the It's Basic Online Store within 14 days, provided they are unused and include all accessories.

If you wish to change the size, you can create a return request and exchange your product for a product and size of your choice from our online store.

When returning or exchanging products purchased using points, the points spent on the relevant order will be forfeited. The points you have accumulated are valid until the end of the year and do not carry over to the new year.

How to Make a Return?

You can create a return request from the "My Orders" section of your account.

After requesting the product, you can return it to our address by returning it to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch using the return code 451518660, along with your invoice.

Customers pay the shipping costs for exchanges; the relevant amount is transferred directly to the courier company during shipping.

Which Shipping Company Provides Returns?

Returns are only sent through our partner Yurtiçi Kargo company.

Return Approval Process

Once the product is received, we verify its compliance with the return terms.
If deemed suitable, your return will be approved and processed for payment.

Refund Period

The amount of the approved return will be transferred to the payment method you used for the order within 7–14 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

In-Store Returns or Exchanges

You can return or exchange products purchased from our online store by returning them to the It's Basic store within 14 days, along with your invoice.

Return Policy for Promotional Products

When returning promotional products, the terms of the relevant promotion will be re-evaluated, and the refund amount will be calculated according to these rules.

If you request a full refund, you must return all participating products together.

If you return a product purchased free/discounted as part of the promotion, no refund will be issued if you return it individually.

If you only send a portion of the eligible products, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the campaign terms, and only the eligible amount will be refunded.

Things to Consider During Shipment

If you are not at the specified address, your package will be held at the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch for one business day. Packages not collected within this period will be returned to our warehouse.

We recommend checking your package for damage or damage before accepting it. You can report damaged packages to the courier before accepting them, create a report, and exercise your right to refuse acceptance.

Public Holiday and Weekend Deliveries

Courier companies deliver on Sundays except Sundays.
Delivery times may vary on public holidays, depending on the company's work schedule.
